RouteFlex walks you through setup with a guided checklist. Your company starts from a working example setup, so you review and adjust instead of building from scratch. Hiring and operations can go live separately, and existing applicants and employees can come in from a spreadsheet or Paychex.
Do I have to change payroll providers?+
No. RouteFlex prepares payroll for export: timecards from driver clock-ins, plus daily, stop, hourly and salary pay, overtime, PTO and fuel reimbursements. You download a file ready for Paychex or a weekly timecard CSV. RouteFlex does not pay drivers or file taxes.
Will my drivers actually use it?+
Drivers use the driver portal on their phone to clock in, do their pre-trip, check their schedule, request days off and call out. The night before each shift, they get a text with their work area and truck.
What does RouteFlex connect to?+
