Do I need to use AI to use RouteFlex?
No. Your RouteFlex workspace works as usual. Connecting an AI assistant is an optional way to work with the same operation.
Is this a chat window inside RouteFlex?
This connection lets you work from an AI assistant such as Claude. You connect your RouteFlex account, then ask questions and request supported actions there.
What can it change?
Supported actions include applicant notes, driver assignments, timecard corrections and repair tickets, subject to your permissions. This connection does not run payroll, change pay rates or manage billing and account permissions.

RouteFlex supports MCP, the standard that connects AI assistants to the tools you use. In Claude, add a custom connector in Settings → Connectors using https://app.routeflex.ai/api/mcp, then sign in to RouteFlex and choose the access to allow. Connector availability depends on your AI provider and plan. Keep your assistant’s action confirmations enabled.
