Customize your AI policy
Tell RouteFlex AI how to sound, who to send hard questions to, and when to stay quiet.

Open AI settings
On your dashboard, click Open next to Customize your AI policy, or go to Settings, then AI.

Write your instructions
Under AI Instructions, describe the tone you want and anything it must never promise. Plain sentences work best.

Pick who handles hard questions
Add an Escalation contact. When the AI can't answer, it points candidates there instead of guessing.

Set how sure it must be
Match confidence threshold: below this score the AI drafts nothing. The default, 0.65, is a good place to start.

Be upfront, then save
Turn on AI transparency to add a short note to AI-drafted replies, then click Save changes.
