Building the weekly schedule
Lay out the week route by route, put a driver on each, and post it to your team.

Open the week
Go to Operations, then Planning, then Schedule. Pick the terminal and use the arrows to choose the week.

Lay out the week
Click Generate schedule to add a slot for every route on every open day. From the second week on, Copy last week fills it from the week before.
- 03
Put a driver on each route
Click + Assign in a slot, search for a driver and click Assign. The list shows who has run that route before and who is already working that day.

Post the week
Click Post week, check the dates, then click Post the week. Drivers see their schedule, and from then on the week is run from the Daily Board.
