Setting up your routes
Define each route once, by the area it covers, and keep its FedEx work area up to date.

Open Routes
In the sidebar, open Operations, then Planning, then Routes.

Add a route
Click Add Route. Give it a short Route code, a name and the area it covers, add the current FedEx work area name and number, then click Add Route.

Rate it and keep it current
Set each route's Difficulty so scheduling can match it to the right driver. When FedEx moves a work area, use Assign or move work area next to it; the old number stays in the route's history.
